Description
Specific Job Duties: 1.Maintain the highest degree of security and control of customers’ confidential material presented for destruction at all times. 2.Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while performing daily customer interactions. 3.Directly responsible for collection, guarding and destruction of customers’ confidential material. 4.Maintaining the daily operations. Specific tasks will include supervising Document Destruction employees, maintaining time sheets, maintaining safety standards, coordinating logistics of paper materials to be processed, monitoring equipment and ensuring that equipment maintenance schedules are followed. 5.Maintain communication with drivers and /or supervisors to update route status. 6.Identify and report new sales opportunities, opportunities for profit improvement. 7.Responsible for administering operations in accordance with requirements of OSHA, DOL, NAID AAA Certification and Goodwill Industries standards. Represent Goodwill Document Destruction at community networking activities as appropriate. 8.Maintain contact with clients to determine current client satisfaction and to identify future needs. 9.Informs each Supervisor what production is expected of workers and required to maintain optimum production of contracts and ensures successful completion of requirements. 10.Provides ongoing feedback to supervisor about status of operations and personnel. 11.Maintains records of employee’s evaluations and leave time. 12.Maintains necessary records to comply with NAID AAA certification standards. 13.Complete all required paperwork as scheduled. 14.Assist and develop standards of performance for employees. 15.Overseeing development and training to meet these standards. 16.Continually evaluates operations for opportunities to improve efficiencies and gain cost savings. 17.Develop target account list for both existing and new business. 18.Make Qualification phone calls for existing and new business prospects. 19.Must be able to work with individuals with disabilities and the disadvantaged.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Courteous, kind and friendly during the execution of the delivery process. Maintenance of necessary delivery information on all accounts. Posses a valid Texas license, preferable class A or B, with a clean motor vehicle record. Service oriented and dependable Minimum two (2) years experience working in customer-oriented environment. Be able to pass federal background check. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Ability To: Safely maneuver vehicles, forward and backward, and in tight quarters. Safely operate a truck and/or utility van. Route Reprehensive Lift, push, pull and move equipment, heavy carts throughout the day. Load and unload Bins from the trucks, or utility van. Bend, stoop, sit, stand and walk throughout the day.
Accurately check fluid levels for proper vehicle operation. Read and write and communicate in English. Accurately perform simple mathematics. Interact and communicate effectively with others. Perform a variety of tasks and the flexibility to change.

Skills
1.Degree in business, engineering or related field preferred. 2.Three years of managerial or supervisory experience. 3.Production, warehouse and/or logistics experience. 4.Ability to multi-task 5.Prior management experience with budgetary responsibilities.
