Description
• Answer multi-line telephones for all office locations and employees, routing calls professionally and courteously. • Receive office guests in a polite, friendly, and helpful manner. • Collect and input monthly device meter readings into billing system. • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and fax correspondence in a timely fashion. • Stock company stationary items for all office branches. • Produce and send monthly Thank You letters for all new customer orders. • Place customer supply orders in billing system for warehouse fulfillment. • Order Sales Collateral and product brochures from Xerox for all branches. • Process all customer contract renewals and notifications using the billing system. • Terminate contract expirations daily in billing system, initiate equipment removal process. • Distribute daily / weekly delivery schedule to all markets. • Place service requests into billing system.

Skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with customers and employees at all levels. • Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills. • Strong problem solving and customer service skills. • Strong computer skills – prefer advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment. • Associates Degree or Higher, or equivalent experience.
