Description
Have IMMEDIATE opening for full time Case Manager for non medical in home care company. Must have proficient COMPUTER SKILLS and be able to multi-task. EXCELLENT commuication skills a must. Candidate must posess good social skills and be able to prioritize work with minimal supervision. MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED. Position requires rotation of call with other Case Manager. Skills
Computer skills related to scheduling software a definite plus, but would be willing to train. Excellent communication skills with caregivers, clients, families, and referral sources a MUST. Must be able to perform job duties with MINIMAL supervision. Excellent telephone skills reuired.
