Description
Express Employment has partnered with a local Lubbock Company seeking a shift maintenance technician. This position requires one to run a four shift operation, 24/7, 52 weeks per year. The operation will be a four swing shift operation, with each shift rotating every two weeks. Qualifications are as follows:
1) Two years experience in a production/machine maintenance program.
2) Experience with timing of bearings, remove and replace drive belts, pneumatic systems, pumps, blowers and gearboxes. Familiar with 480 Voltage and PCL Drives.
3) Capable of reading micrometers.
4) Technician will be responsible for supervision of Pulp Operation Personnel on the off shifts.
5) Electrical experience a plus, but not a requirement. Must be willing and aple to comprehend the electrical and mechanical operations of the operation.
6) Stable work history REQUIRED.
